This month sees us brewing St Wulfram’s Summit for the first time.  A name inspired by the wonderful flavours of the summit hop which infuse the beer (notes of citrus here) and our local landmark, St Wulfram’s church in Grantham, which has a magnificent medival spire (check out pictures and a history of the church here http://www.stwulframs.org.uk/?page_id=84).

The beer will be a classic ale, 4.3%, amber in colour, biscuit flavours and quadruple hopped to include the Summit hop.
